Fight Song Intro (Unmixed)
Here are the takes of the Fight Song Intro. I have no idea which one is the take. In fact, it might be better to just record a new guitar solo. What do you guys think?

Post-Christmas Songs
Aaron explained all the changes he made based on the critiques, but I forgot most of the specifics. I can say he focused more on the general complaints (bass too loud, too much focus on the rhythm section, etc.). I can already tell the melodies are carrying the songs more, and the guitars are much clearer in the mix.
The air piano's pitch shift did not work. We could try to re-record it, but I doubt it would help much. Another alternative would be to rerecord the keyboard to match the changes played on the air piano (I thought they were pretty cool).
Also, the begining of Fight Song was cut off during export.

Mastered Mixes
These mixes are the four mixes we critiqued (with changes) and three new mixes. These are all mastered, so they sould sound consistant with each other and across sound systems.
Aaron is giving us two options for how to proceed this week:
- He'll finish all 11 songs, but we won't have time to critique them before we give them out for Christmas. Which basically means they will not be the final versions of the songs. On the other hand, they will be mastered and sound very much completed.
- We can give him feedback for these seven mixes, and he would perfect them before Christmas. We would have seven finalized songs, but still need to go through the rest of the process for the remaining songs.

(Almost Final) Mixes
Critique These!
These new mixes are ready to be critiqued (one step away from finalization). Take a good listen to each of them and email me your criticisms and ideas. I need to get back to Aaron with the changes/criticisms by Thursday (which means: email me before the next practice).
These mixes have not yet been mastered. So they will sound pretty different on different sound systems. Pick a good sound system to listen to them to and focus on the balance/levels of the instruments.

- About the trash can:
Aaron said he experimented with the trash can sound, but decided to not use it. He said it did not have enough tone. When mixed into the song, it sounded more like digital artifacts and popping than a percusive instrument.

The export cut off the begining and the end; it'll be fixed.
He's going to go through Wyggle's solo later, and use bits and pieces of it.
